1. How can I be sure the products you send are genuine?
All our products come from well-known manufacturers and are guaranteed genuine. Some items are brand-name, while others are generics; all generics are clearly labeled and priced lower than brand-name products. Every product strictly follows the original formulation.
2. Can I return a product?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns once a product has been sold.
3. Do you provide medical advice?
No, we do not provide medical advice. Any information on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical guidance. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before taking any medication.
4. Do you accept health insurance for prescription medications?
Not at this time. We are not partnered with any health insurance providers or Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs).
5. Why don’t you accept PayPal or credit card payments?
We understand this is a common question and want to clarify:
We would gladly accept PayPal if it allowed us to process payments for prescription medications, as it would be convenient and secure for our customers. Unfortunately, PayPal currently does not support online pharmacies.
Similarly, credit card processors do not allow online pharmacies to process prescription medication payments.
As a result, our current payment methods are limited to cryptocurrency. Please note this restriction is due to payment provider policies, not a lack of concern for your safety or convenience.
